With the rain comes flooded roads, traffic, pollution and a whole host of diseases.

1.Cold And Cough

Commonly caused by rhinoviruses, a cold starts with an inflammation of the throat then it is followed by a runny nose. 

Prolonged colds later lead to a cough.

Though these two may seem common if left untreated, they may lead to serious illnesses like sinusitis and bronchitis.

Athlete’s foot is caused by Flood water that contains Fungus. It is a skin infection that makes the skin flaky, cracked and later leads to sores.

5. Cholera

Cholera is an intestinal infection caused by a bacterium called Vibrio Cholerae.
